My daughter loves to come to this office in Columbus. Everybody is friendly and welcoming, such sweet ladies! The entire staff is so considerate. Yesterday she got her braces which she was very excited about. She said that the lady that worked on her was so nice and let her have frequent spit and swish brakes because the glue for the braces didn't taste good.The aftercare was explained thoroughly and my daughter can't wait to go back to change out the rubber bands for a new color.The waiting room is very cozy and there is a coffee station. I brought a book to read because I knew it's gonna take a while.The highlight for my daughter is getting Edney bucks, which the kids get for being on time for the appointment, wearing the Edney shirt, having a great report card, going to yearly dentist checkups, etc.I highly recommend Edney Orthodontics.
The staff at Edney Orthodontics is stellar. The care the provide, detail they give to the patient, and ease of scheduling are not lost on a mom in her second go around!
Beth was so kind and made my 9yo laugh and put her mind at ease today. She even played a game with her while helping get a stubborn baby tooth pulled. She did not have to help us do this but she insisted and it was so helpful. This was our 2nd visit. We’ve had consultations at 2 other Orthodontists and Dr. Edney is conservative on treatments. Others wanted to push treatment not necessary. I appreciate his honesty and looking forward to my daughter being a patient here!
